Italian, German, Russian, Swiss, and Taiwanese students graduate on Wednesday, December 5 from the Undergraduate and Graduate programs

2018 concludes with a graduation session taking place on Wednesday, December 5 for the Undergraduate and Graduate programs. The morning begins with the successive presentation of the theses undertaken by 16 students coming from Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Russia, and Taiwan. Below are their names and their theses.
Undergraduate program
Francesca Bardari, 22 years old from Cossato (BI), will discuss the thesis entitled: “Communication of Brand Identity in the Era of Web 2.0: The Case of Ferrero/Comunicazione della brand identity nell'era del web 2.0: il caso Ferrero,” advised by professor Damiano Cortese.
Maurizio Bergero, 23 years old from Trana (TO), will discuss the thesis entitled: “Systemic Thought Applied to the World of Natural Wine/Il pensiero sistemico applicato al mondo del vino naturale,” advised by professor Nicola Perullo.
Diego Bovo, 22 years old from Peschiera del Garda (VR), will discuss the thesis entitled: “Organic Wine: Passing Trend or Cultural Shift?/Vino biologico: moda passeggera o salto culturale?” advised by professor Paolo Corvo.
Paolo Carbonera Giani, 22 years old from Bergamo, will discuss the thesis entitled: “The Ecology of Taste/L'ecologia del gusto,” advised by professor Nicola Perullo.
Paola De Luca, 21 years old from Alcamo (TP), will discuss the thesis entitled: “Slow Food and the Objectives of Sustainable Development: Case Study of the UNISG Research Project ‘S.Ee.D. for Global Goals’ Applied to Terra Madre Salone del Gusto 2018/Slow Food e gli Obiettivi di Sviluppo Sostenibile: il caso studio del progetto di ricerca “S.Ee.D. for Global Goals” di UNISG applicato a Terra Madre Salone del Gusto 2018,” advised by professor Franco Fassio.
Max Eberbach, 28 years old from Germany, will discuss the thesis entitled: “Soy, from fodder to food - How the direct consumption of soyfoods can partially circumvent the globalised crisis of the ‘Western diet’ fuelled by soy,” advised by professor Paola Migliorini.
Chiara Gismondi, 22 years old from Milan, will discuss the thesis entitled: “Ethics and Ecology of Communication: The Case of Quinoa and Television News/Etica ed ecologia della comunicazione Il caso della Quinoa e il Telegiornale,” advised by professor Nicola Perullo.
Philippe Kämpf, 32 years old from Switzerland, will discuss the thesis entitled: “Muay Thai: Diet, Culture, and Tradition/Muay Thai: alimentazione, cultura e tradizioni,” advised by professor Andrea Pieroni.
Nataliya Korneeva, 23 years old from Russia, will discuss the thesis entitled: “Perception of Fermented Vegetables from the Perspective of Italian Consumers/Percezione di vegetali fermentati da parte dei consumatori italiani,” advised by professor Luisa Torri.
Chun-Ying Liao, 27 years old from Taiwan, will discuss the thesis entitled: “A future prospect of cocoa industry in Pingtung County: The practicability of sustainable tree-to-bar program in rural region of southern Taiwan,” advised by professor Paola Migliorini.
Matteo Maria Micotti, 23 years old from Milan, will discuss the thesis entitled: “Conceptual Analysis of Organic, Biodynamic, and Natural Wine/Analisi concettuale del vino biologico, biodinamico e naturale,” advised by professor Nicola Perullo.
Eugenio Rossi, 22 years old from Genoa, will discuss the thesis entitled: “Organic as a Phenomenon in Mass Market Retail/Il biologico come fenomeno nella grande distribuzione,” advised by professor Paola Migliorini
Beatrice Stock, 22 years old from Trieste, will discuss the thesis titled: “Special Coffees: Creating Sustainable Value/Caffè Speciali: creare valore sostenibile,” advised by professor Damiano Cortese.
Maria Lorenza Tealdi, 29 years old from Mondovì (CN), will discuss the thesis entitled: “Sustainablahblah: Criticism of the Western Concept of Sustainability and Other Approaches/Sosteniblàblà: critica alla concezione occidentale di sostenibilità e altri approcci,” advised by professor Gabriele Volpato.
Stefano Vasino, 22 years old from Chieri (TO), will discuss the thesis entitled: “The History of Beer in European Countries During the Medieval Period/Storia della birra nei paesi europei durante il periodo medievale,” advised by professor Antonella Campanini.
Graduate program
Alessandra Costa, 25 years old from Alessandria, will discuss the thesis entitled: “Towards a Reformulation of the Approach to Natural Wine: The Woman Winemaker/Per una riformulazione dell'approccio al vino naturale: la donna vignaiola,” advised by professor Nicola Perullo.
