Le collaborazioni con università e centri di ricerca stranieri sono cruciali per l’internazionalizzazione dell’Università di Scienze Gastronomiche. UNISG esplora due tipi di collaborazioni:

  • quelle istituzionali, rivolte a partner accademici stranieri con cui si articolano accordi-quadro concernenti sia la ricerca che l’insegnamento, e che prevedono Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
  • quelle che si imperniano su osmosi tra docenti UNISG e docenti di università straniere, per il design e lo sviluppo di comuni progetti di ricerca, stesura di articoli o libri.
