Danny will be in Pollenzo together with his team on October 2nd and 3rd, 2018


On October 2nd and 3rd, Le Tavole Accademiche welcomes guest chef Danny Petrosino from Osteria Danny in Saratoga Springs, New York.

Humbly describing himself as "a good cook and not a great chef", Danny will be in Pollenzo together with his team: sous chef Jamie Norton, a UNISG alumna; Jackie Rothong, and Mario Tricomi.

Osteria Danny is a place where fresh and simple food is served from local products and seasonal specialties  and a place where guests can have an enjoyable and satisfying dining experience.

Tuesday and Wednesday menus have notable hints of Italian traditions. On October 2nd, the menu includes: The Eggplant - Danny’s Take On Lasagna, Bread Gnocchi with tomato or with tomato and pork cheek, Henry Dt. Chicken, Coconut Cream Pie. On October 3rd, the menu includes: Local Piedmontese Cheese with seasonings, pork belly, seared fish with grilled polenta and Grannie's pie with almond, cinnamon, orange, lemon.
