Our curriculum provides a unique exploration of Food Sciences and Cultures, combining social and technical studies. This well-rounded program equips students with an interdisciplinary understanding of food – from molecules to global food systems. Instead of solely focusing on professional readiness, we highlight experiential learning. We venture beyond the classroom with study trips, hands-on workshops, and engaging field projects.

Italian high school graduates – students who have an Italian high school diploma;
Graduating Italian high school students – students who will obtain their Italian high school diploma in 2025;
Non-Italian high school graduates* – students who have earned a non-Italian high school diploma and are eligible for university enrollment as reported on the legalization document for their diploma (Declaration of Value, Statement of Comparability, Diploma Verification, authenticated transcripts).
