Wine Insights
This UNISG short course, designed and delivered in collaboration with the Wine Bank, is aimed at enthusiasts who wish to deepen their practical and technical knowledge about the world of wine, with a broader view of the whole process, from viticulture to tasting, having as a common thread the culture and values that distinguish UNISG’s vision and approach to food and wine.
Seminars and workshops will be held by Wine Bank experts and UNISG professors along with moments of conviviality and study trips in the Langhe and Roero area. A holistic course that will touch disciplines such as agronomy, sensory analysis, economics and wine storytelling.
During the four days of the course, very topical issues will emerge such as sustainability and climate change, to which the future of Italian wine is also strongly connected.
