The UNISG Summer School is back!

Three Summer Schools for July 2022 dedicated to enthusiasts, students, professionals and operators in the food world.

Four days of lessons, tastings, visits to producers, dinners at some of the best restaurants in the area and other convivial events: with professors and experts from the University of Gastronomic Sciences, the only university in the world dedicated entirely to gastronomy.

A unique educational experience in the heart of the Langhe: Unesco heritage and Wine District of Piedmont.
