UNISG is launching 1 Winter School and 3 Summer Schools for 2024:


  • The Future of Wine (in Italian) 24 – 27 January 2024
  • A Truffle Experience (in English) 2 – 4 July 2024
  • Sciences in the Kitchen (in English) 8 – 11 July 2024
  • Innovation and Strategy in the Food Industry (in Italian) 15 – 19 July 2024

Short courses (from 3 – 5 days) dedicated to specific themes related to food and wine and explored through lessons, workshops and visits to producers. These courses are open to:

  • foodies wanting to feed their curiosity in an intense food experience
  • professionals who want to learn more about a specific sector
  • prospective students who want to have a taste of Pollenzo before applying to a course
