The UNISG Training&Experience Lab gives anyone, whether you might be part of a company within the F&B sector, a group or simply by yourself, the chance to dive into the world of food through training courses and experiences at the University of Gastronomic Sciences, guided by professors and experts of the university.
The training offer:
Short courses on sciences in the kitchen, the world of Wine and Bread-making with lessons, tastings, visits to producers, dinners at some of the best restaurants in the area and other convivial events. A unique training experience in the heart of the Langhe: Unesco heritage and Piedmont’s Wine District.
Language: Italian and English
A new course signed UNISG and ‘Wine Bank‘ designed for those who want to learn how to communicate wine by broadening their gaze and improving their narrative techniques.
Two days to immerse yourself in the world of wine and its storytelling.
Discovering truffles with professionals in the sector and teachers of the University of Gastronomic Sciences.
4 days at the Pollenzo campus, near the Langa, a UNESCO site, and near Alba, renowned for its white truffle. The course includes lessons, tastings, visits to producers, dinners and much more.
