The Advisory Board of the MSc in Food Industry Management is made up of entrepreneurs and managers from companies in the UNISG network and supports the course coordinator in strategic decisions.   • Study trip to discover the food industry
  • Field experience: Innovation Project with UNISG Network Companies- 6 ECTS

  • Strategic Marketing for Food Industry – 6 ECTS

  • International study trip with an immersive training in digital innovation in collaboration with Talent Garden – 6 ECTS

The Master’s Degree in Food Industry Management offers the option of a double degree with USI – Università della Svizzera italiana (Lugano, Switzerland). UNISG students enrolled in the Master’s Degree in Food Industry Management who spend the third semester at USI Lugano can obtain the title of Master in International Tourism issued by USI (equivalent to the Master’s Degree in the Italian system).
