Tea Time Meeting with Elisia Menduni from Mieli Thun

Elisia Menduni is an anthropologist, a food writer and independent scholar with more than 15 years of experience. She has been communicating food through writing, reporting, photography and video making and currently works as Mieli Thun’s Communication consultant.

Mieli Thun was established by Andrea Paternoster, a passionate and extraordinary beekeeper from the Italian Alpine region of Trentino who passed away in April 2021. He was an essential figure at our University, and his lessons were a regular appointment for the master programs. His excellent honey varieties are internationally renowned.

Monday, February 21 2022 – 5,30 pm @ TAVOLE ACCADEMICHE

Elisia Menduni, visiting professor at the Master of Gastronomy: World Food Cultures and Mobility, speaks about the honey from Mieli Thun.
