Slow Food Story is the story of a revolution as slow as a snail. A revolution that is going on since 25 years, and still doesn’t show any sign of wanting to stop. It’s also a story of its great leader Carlo Petrini, called Carlìn; the inventor of Slow Food, and of Terra Madre. Slow Food Story is the story of a group of friends from the countryside: A story of foolishness, of political passions, of restaurants, of disinterred peasants rites, wine and travel, bets won and lost — but always lived with the same unsinkable, gruff irony. A story which shows us that even the most important cultural uprisings can be founded on a fun approach to life.
