Food Service Dynamics with Paolo Sampò of Mago Quality Food - with Daniele Ceratto (discussant)

Paolo Sampò is the founder and current managing director of Mago Quality Food, a distributor in the province of Cuneo that supplies dozens of food-service businesses across the northwest of Italy every day. From him, we’ll learn all about the dynamics at play in the food-service world: logistics, warehousing, product selection and customer care. We’ll also hear more about Paolo’s journey to his current role, which began in a garage 20 years ago.
