With the release of CORNER City Guide for Creatives Issue 3: TORINO by Momo Oyabu, former student of the Master in New Food Thinking (UNISG), this conversation gathers voices that reveal the city through food and thought.
From the natural wine festival AUGUSTA to the restaurant Consorzio, and through the philosophical lens of Nicola Perullo, we will explore how taste, place, and culture intertwine to shape Torino’s contemporary enogastronomic scenario.

Pietro Vergano, co-owner of Ristorante Consorzio and Banco, has helped shape Torino’s dining scene by blending classical Piedmontese roots with curiosity and openness. His approach honors the comfort of tradition while embracing subtle contamination and modern experimentation in both cuisine and service.

Piero Crocenzi is founder and curator of AUGUSTA, Torino’s natural wine festival that connects farmers, winemakers, and creatives around the idea that wine is a living story rather than a product.
