Augusta: the fair
Two days open to the public and trade professionals, with Monday reserved exclusively for industry operators. The 98 exhibitors, Italian and international winemakers, share sustainable working methods. Alongside wine, beer and spirits producers, the fair hosts coffee, kombucha, ciders and artisanal foods, as well as a farmers’ market with olive oil, honey, cured meats, cheeses, bread and baked goods, and a food area with specialties and restaurateurs.
This year the cultural program expands, with talks on natural wine and food and wine culture, book presentations and debates, educational workshops for children and families, and the widespread project “Augusta sboccia in città”, which brings informal events on wine and viticulture to venues in Turin, Bussoleno and Milan.
