Support an event and the campus

Becoming a sponsor means seizing an opportunity for significant visibility and co-branding, allowing a company to align itself with the values that define UNISG.

Visiting Professors

Each year, UNISG engages 117 visiting professors from around the world, with the goal of growing this number in the coming years.

Supporting the project means:

Contributing to the international education of Gastronomists
Connecting with academics from around the world
Involving prominent figures in your organization for seminars or events

Elective Courses

In addition to the core curriculum, students can tailor their academic path with elective courses that help shape their individual profile.

Proposing and supporting an elective course means:

Giving UNISG students the opportunity to explore topics important to both the company and the community
Contributing to the growth of collective awareness
Engaging in direct dialogue with younger generations
Examples include the Company Creation course promoted by Supporting Member Starboost, and the Food Packaging course supported by the Italian Packaging Institute.

Study Trips

Study trips, a fundamental part of the educational journey, bring students to directly understand food cultures and processes through encounters and discoveries of regions and traditions across all continents.

Supporting a study trip—whether in full or in part, through a financial contribution or by offering your services—means:

Taking part in a unique and cutting-edge educational project
Gathering, through the students, field testimonies and documentation
Obtaining materials for content marketing activities on your own channels
Laying the groundwork for co-branding initiatives

Chair

Contributing to the establishment of a chair means affirming the importance of a topic for the education of future generations of professionals and its centrality to the sustainable development of the gastronomic system.

Associating your name with a chair—whether permanent or temporary—by supporting the teaching and research activities of a high-profile faculty member, means investing in the future of knowledge.

The Agenzia di Pollenzo, a UNESCO World Heritage site, reclaims its original purpose and, after centuries, returns to being an international research hub through which leading figures in the world of gastronomy—and beyond—pass each year.

The complex comprises various spaces and laboratories; each offers the opportunity to become a sponsor, aligning your brand with the identity and vocation of that specific place.

Le Tavole Accademiche

Le Tavole Accademiche is UNISG's dining hall, combining education, high-quality cuisine, fair pricing, and local products.

A space for experimenting with cooking techniques and waste reduction on a large scale, it also hosts dozens of guest chefs from around the world each year—from Michelin-starred chefs to Slow Food trattorias and international communities.

Becoming an Official Supplier of Le Tavole Accademiche means:

Gaining a showcase for your products within the Pollenzo premises
Offering samples to the chefs who pass through the kitchen each year
Engaging in dialogue with the Le Tavole Accademiche team regarding performance, recipes, and experimental uses
Having a dynamic, international atmosphere in which to host your clients
Launching photo and video communication projects showcasing the use of your products in the kitchen

Educational Garden

The UNISG organic gardens on campus help cultivate conscious awareness and build a holistic concept of food quality. Through them, students have the opportunity to directly experiment with different agronomic techniques.

Becoming an Official Supplier of the Educational Garden means:

Being part of a learning process focused on sustainability and experiential education
Engaging in dialogue with UNISG staff and faculty regarding your projects
Proposing experiments or thesis topics involving your products and equipment
Having the opportunity to organize workshops and educational activities in the garden for students, company employees, and other stakeholders

Pollenzo Food Lab

The Pollenzo Food Lab is a laboratory for experimenting with the techniques and transformation processes that underpin cooking—testing equipment and raw materials, imagining new products, or innovating in usage and consumption contexts.

Becoming a Sponsor of the Pollenzo Food Lab means:

Becoming a university reference point for specific processes
Establishing a dialogue with lab staff and UNISG faculty regarding the performance and uses of your products
Gathering insights from professionals
Gaining a showcase for your products, used and tested by future gastronomists and participants in the many executive training courses

SBC Lab

The SBC Lab, one of the largest in Italy, is active across numerous research areas with international collaborations. It conducts tests involving a wide and diverse audience on a variety of ever-evolving topics.

Supporting and partnering with this innovation center is possible through:

Distributing samples to test participants for research and innovation projects
Supporting the purchase of common equipment and services for the Laboratory's activities
Supporting the purchase of specialized equipment and instrumentation for the Laboratory
Each year, the Laboratory will provide sponsors with dedicated communication about the activities carried out thanks to their support, along with specific communications to highlight the partnership.

The Library

It is one of the largest thematic libraries in Italy dedicated to Gastronomic Sciences. In addition to over 25,000 books—half of which are in foreign languages—it houses digital journals and periodicals and provides access to online databases.

Becoming a sponsor of the Library means:

Associating your image with a place of knowledge par excellence
Gaining on-site visibility
Using a dedicated logo
Organizing events within the facility, such as book presentations, debates, and meetings with students

Career Fair

The Career Fair is the annual event dedicated to connecting UNISG students and graduates with Italian and international companies interested in recruiting talent from the university.

The event spans several days, during which over 200 Gastronomists—alongside meeting with institutions and companies for interviews—have the opportunity to attend employer branding sessions, workshops, mock interviews, and CV review sessions.

Becoming a sponsor of the event means:

Gaining visibility across online and offline materials
Being present during the event to showcase services and connect with Gastronomists
Participating in networking lunches and dinners with HR managers in attendance
Distributing materials to participants
