The QA Office performs the following functions:

• operationally supports the PQ in the execution of the activities for the implementation of the policies adopted by QA;
• ensures and facilitates the correct flow of information between the University and the Evaluation Unit;
• supports the CPDS in the performance of its functions and in the preparation of the Annual Report, guaranteeing an effective sharing of information with the Course Convenors and the Evaluation Unit
• collects and processes the results of the student’s opinion survey on the quality of teaching and services;
• communicates the results of the student’s opinion survey on the quality of teaching and services with the Rector, the Course Convenors, the CPDS and the Evaluation Unit;
• supports the Rector and the Course Convenors, with secretarial functions, during the meetings conducted with individual professors on the outcomes of evaluation questionnaires, of teaching and services;
• receives information and data related to teaching and services from the University mentors and shares them with the PQ in order to effectively apply the procedures of the QA system.
