La Banca del Vino
The Banca del Vino has always collaborated with the University of Gastronomic Sciences, hosting guided workshops and tastings, team building activities, and educational events dedicated to the world of enology and wine culture.
Founded in 2001 with the mission of preserving the historical memory of Italian wine, it is structured as a museum and welcomes individual visitors and groups for wine tastings, courses, events, and activities, all aimed at promoting the culture and heritage of the wines of the Italian peninsula. More than one hundred thousand bottles are stored in its cellars, sourced from Italy's finest producers, and a selection of them can be tasted or purchased during the visit.
Every day, high-quality ingredients sourced from the educational garden, partner farms, and the official suppliers of the Tavole Accademiche are used to offer students a varied and flavorful menu. To reduce food waste, students can reserve their meals through an online booking system that monitors orders and ensures food production is aligned with actual demand.

Open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM; Sunday from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
