The Tavole Accademiche
The Tavole Accademiche are not a simple university cafeteria. The lunch break becomes a moment of pleasure, conviviality, and learning for everyone.
Since 2023, the management of the Tavole Accademiche has been entrusted to Pedevilla Società Benefit, a leading company in collective catering whose values reflect the philosophy of Pollenzo: one that places local and sustainable food at the heart of conscious daily consumption, educating students to take an active role in food supply chains.
The Tavole Accademiche menus highlight the produce from the UNISG teaching garden, bringing fresh and balanced dishes to the table, prepared with seasonal ingredients.




In line with the University's commitment to sustainability, an online booking system allows students to plan their meals in advance, optimizing production and significantly reducing food waste. A small daily gesture that reflects a great collective responsibility.
Guest Chefs





Since 2014, chefs from around the world have been invited to the University to prepare their most representative dishes for students, in full respect of the principles of "good, clean, and fair."
On these occasions, students have the opportunity to meet and engage with the chefs to discover firsthand their philosophy and the gastronomic culture of which they are ambassadors.

Hours
Lunch service from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Throughout the day, the Tavole Accademiche is open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and available to students, faculty, guests, visitors, and staff for studying, meetings, and appointments.
The dining hall is reserved exclusively for students, staff, and organizations affiliated with the University of Gastronomic Sciences. External visitors are not admitted.
