Although linked by their latitudes, the cities and countries above 50°N are as diverse as can be. From Poland to Norway to Denmark to Ireland, the north bursts forth with edibles, art, technology, and revolutionary narratives. In Wrocław, a robot spoon-feeds biennale visitors; in Ås, students visualize 3-D food systems; in Copenhagen, Nordics reconsider what’s ‘good’; and in Dublin, more than a few tales will be told.
