Online discussion of 21 undergraduate students and three master students
On Friday, April 16, the bachelor’s and master’s degree sessions are held at the University of Pollenzo, involving 21 students from the course in Gastronomic Sciences and three students from the course in Food Innovation and Management, respectively.
Due to the prolonged covid-19 pandemic, thesis discussions and proclamations are held exclusively remotely: the graduates will discuss from 9.00 to 12.00. Then, after the discussions, the joint proclamation ceremony will be held at around 13.00 – completely online.

Master’s Degree in Food Innovation & Management
Elisa Cavrenghi, 24 years old from Turin, discusses the thesis entitled: “How trust comes into place when we experience having food prepared by someone else.
