In Pollenzo on Thursday, June 26: The 2025 Edition of the Food Industry Monitor Focused on “Governance Models and Growth Strategies”

On Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 10:30 AM, in the Aula Rossa of the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, the eleventh edition of the Food Industry Monitor will take place. This observatory on the food & beverage sector is organized by the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo and Ceresio Investors.
The theme of FIM 2025 is Governance Models and Growth Strategies.”

Here is the day’s program with the various contributions.

The morning session, introduced and moderated by Silvia Sciorilli Borrelli, Italy Correspondent for the Financial Times, will open with institutional greetings from Rector Nicola Perullo and Gabriele Corte, General Manager of Banca del Ceresio SA.

The Observatory’s findings will be presented by Carmine Garzia, Scientific Director of the Observatory, and Michele Antonio Fino, Professor of Foundations of European Law.

This will be followed by a roundtable discussion featuring:
