Skills for the Future

UNISG takes part at Skills for the Future, an international conference organized by the European Training Foundation in Turin, on 21-22 November 2018
More than 350 people from 50 countries in Europe and beyond – entrepreneurs, training providers, policy makers, innovators – are gathering in Turin at the Officine Grandi Riparazioni (OGR), now converted into a visionary conference and exhibition centre, to discuss the skills needed to prepare people for the job market in a rapidly changing world, with a new perspective: the one of transition and developing countries.
The event, called Skills for the Future: Managing Transition, is organised by the European Training Foundation, the EU agency supporting countries in the EU neighbourhood to reform their education and labour market systems.
The ‘Skills for the Future: Managing Transition’ conference is organised with the support of Compagnia di San Paolo. It includes an exhibition, named the Experience Path, which will present solutions in place to get ready for the future of work.
Contributions from Fondazione ITS per la Mobilità Sostenibile, Politecnico di Torino, Michelangelo Foundation, Università di Scienze Gastronomiche di Pollenzo, VASS Technologies, Wild Mazzini, X Farm will be showcased.
