The “Forum Gastronomico” held in February 1999 in Vic, near Barcelona, was Europe’s first culinary congress, organized with the intention of becoming a meeting place for professionals from across the gastronomic sector. Since then we have seen a culinary revolution, led by Ferran Adrià, that has influenced the whole world.
