UNISG Rector Nicola Perullo will present his book "Taste as Experience. Philosophy and Aesthetics of Food" at Harvard University on April 13 — as part of the prestigious 18th De Bosis Colloquium in Italian Studies, within the spring semester of the Department of Romance Languages and Literatures, thanks to the organization of Professor Francesco Erspamer.
This will be a reflection of the growing dialogue between Pollenzo and some of the world's leading academic institutions.
This moment takes on even deeper meaning within the framework of the interuniversity relationships that the University of Pollenzo has developed with commitment in recent years.
Already last summer, in fact, we had the pleasure of welcoming a group of Harvard students, visiting for the Summer School “Beauty, Community and Innovation”: an experience that helped strengthen already solid ties and open new perspectives for collaboration. A new group of Harvard students will once again be guests in Pollenzo next summer.
We believe in the power of these connections to advance gastronomic sciences and strengthen Pollenzo's role as a global reference point.
