Friday, March 27, the students of the Master in Food Communication & Marketing will conclude their course of study.
In the morning, starting at 10:00 a.m. in the Aula Magna, the presentation of theses will take place, followed at 12:00 p.m. by the Graduation Ceremony with the official conferral of degrees and the awarding of diplomas.
At 12:30 p.m., institutional greetings will be delivered by Rector Nicola Perullo and President Carlo Petrini.

A total of 24 international students, from Italy, Japan, India, Poland, and the United States, conclude their program under the supervision of the Master’s coordinator, Professor Michele Antonio Fino.
Below is the list of graduates and their respective final projects:

- Lea Balcerzak, from Poland/United States, presents the thesis: “Gastronativism in a Gingham Dress: How the TikTok algorithm funnels food media toward far-right ideology.”
- Martina Bertolino, from Imperia (Liguria, Italy), presents the report: “Daily life at Boroume organisation.”
- Enrico Cremonini, from Turin (Piedmont, Italy), presents the report: “Exploring Marketing and Communication Strategies in the Food Industry: Insights from an Internship Experience.”
- Polly Josephine D’Agostin, from Greenwich (United States), presents the thesis: “You Can Taste the People.”
- Federico De Blasi, from Lecce (Puglia, Italy), presents the report: “Professional Practices in Gastronomic Journalism and Research at The Gourmet Journal.”
- Isotta Dioli, from Piacenza (Emilia-Romagna, Italy), presents the report: “The role of the Content Specialist in digital communication for an e-commerce business: ‘Callmewine’ case study.”
- Alberto Fedele, from Turin (Piedmont, Italy), attended the Master as an auditor and presents the report: “The Value of Local Products in Luxury Hospitality. An Operational Experience in Restaurant Management and Food Communication in Trentino-Alto Adige.”
- Samuel Theodore Flecker, from Portland (United States), presents a report on his internship at Jacleroi.
- Lorenzo Fogagnolo, from Ivrea (Piedmont, Italy), presents the report: “Telling food stories: editorial experience and gastronomic communication during an internship at Cook Inc.”
