On Friday, April 24 at 9:00 a.m., in the Aula Magna, the thesis discussions and the diploma award ceremony will take place for a small group of students from the Undergraduate and Graduate degree programs.

Here are the students and their theses.

Graduate Degree in Sustainable Food Innovation and Management
Federico Elia, 26, from Santena (Piedmont), will present his thesis entitled: L'AI e la riconfigurazione del menu al ristorante: rischi o vantaggi? Uno studio esplorativo nel territorio delle Langhe, supervised by Professor Maria Giovanna Onorati.

Undergraduate Degree in Gastronomic Sciences and Cultures
Pison Junior Ayebazibwe, 30, from Sheema (Uganda), will present his thesis entitled: “How Does Pastoralism Centered Around Ankole Cows Shape Social Structures, Cultural Identity, and Economic Resilience in Contemporary African Societies in Relation to Food”, supervised by Dr. Elena Fusar Poli.

Vladyslava Mukoid, 21, from Ukraine, will present her thesis entitled: “Ukrainian Gastronomy Tourism”, supervised by Professor Paolo Corvo.

Gregorio Turina, 22, from Turin (Piedmont), will present his thesis entitled: Anime, cibo e desiderio esperienziale: come le rappresentazioni alimentari nei media giapponesi stimolano il turismo verso il Giappone, supervised by Professor Luca Antoniazzi.
