A tour to discover the flavors, traditions andcharacteristics of one region, chosen from six fascinating Italian destinations. During this itinerant tasting, participants will be able to interact with the guardians of biodiversity from a specific area of the peninsula. Trentino‐Alto Adige, Molise, Sicily, Friuli‐Venezia Giulia, Umbria and Puglia: Each region offers a unique sensory experience and a host of stories from individual producers. Tours include a guided tasting.
