On the morning of Friday, December 12, thesis defenses will be held for 12 Italian and international students who have completed their Undergradate's and Master's degree programs.
There are 3 graduates from the Undergraduate Degree in Gastronomic Sciences and Cultures and 9 graduates from the Master's Degree in Food Innovation and Management, coming from Italy, France, and Israel.
At the end of the thesis defenses, after 1:00 PM, a joint graduation ceremony will take place in the Aula Magna.

Master’s Degree in Sustainable Food Innovation and Management

Rosaline Savio, 24 years old from Genoa (Liguria), presents her thesis titled: “Food as Gesamtkunstwerk: The Evolution of Food in Art from the Avant-garde to the Present Day”, supervised by Prof. Nicola Perullo.
Camille Catherine Marie Boisselet, 23 years old from Riedisheim (France), presents her thesis titled: “From Palate to Picture: The Changing Role of Food in Gastronomic Events - A Case Study of Food and Talent”, supervised by Prof. Nicola Perullo.
