On Wednesday December 12 at 3pm, in the Auditorium of the Fondazione CRB at Via Principi di Piemonte 12, Bra, the presentation of the “Tavole Accademiche” and “Scuola di alta cucina domestica italiana” projects.
From November 19 to 30, University of Gastronomic Sciences second-year students set out on intercontinental voyages of discovery in Canada, the United States, Cuba, China, India and Morocco.

During the same day the Sensory Analysis Workshop will be named posthumously for Prof. Marco Riva, one of the university’s founders, and a lecture hall for the gastronomes and chefs Renato and Anna Dominici.
At 2pm on Wednesday June 27, another University of Gastronomic Sciences Three-Year Undergraduate Program thesis examination session was held in the Great Hall at the Cascina Albertina.
