The UNISG Summer School is back!

The University of Pollenzo is organizing for the the summer 2021 two Summer School courses dedicated to enthusiasts, students, professionals and operators in the food world.

  • Scienze in cucina: i 5 sensi nella trasformazione gastronomica (taught in Italian language), 27th – 30th July
  • Il mondo del vino: dalla vigna al bicchiere (taught in Italian language), 20th – 23rd July

Four days of lessons, tastings, visits to producers, dinners at some of the best restaurants in the area and other convivial events: with professors and experts in the field from the University of Gastronomic Sciences, the only university in the world dedicated entirely to gastronomy.

A unique educational experience in the heart of the Langhe: Unesco heritage and Wine District par excellence of Piedmont.
