In Pollenzo 27 international students from the 3 years Undergraduate Degree and the 2 years Graduate Degree courses discuss their theses
On Friday 15 December 27 international students complete their studies in Pollenzo discussing their final theses – 10 of them belonging to the two-year Graduate Degree course in Food Innovation & Management and 17 of them belonging to Three-year Undergraduate Degree in Gastronomic Sciences and Cultures.
The new gastronomes come from Italy, Germany, Austria, France, Switzerland, South Korea.
