Riccardo Migliavada is a research fellow at the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo with a project entitled “Analysis of decision-making processes related to food choices and promotion of sustainable diets”.
After graduating in Cognitive Science and Decision Making Processes at the University of Milan, he obtained his PhD at the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo, during which he worked on the study of decision making processes in food choices.
During his PhD the candidate has deepened the study of behavioral techniques aimed at facilitating people to make healthier and more sustainable food choices. In particular, he focused on the theme of choice architecture and the use of Nudge in collective catering contexts.
