BIOGRAPHY

In 2024 she graduated in Systemic Design at the Polytechnic of Turin with a thesis entitled "Innovation for sustainable Elderly Care: Systemic socio-organisational improvements for the Local Health Authority of Collegno and Pinerolo (A.S.L. TO3)". She has investigated the topic of healthcare for the elderly and patients suffering from chronic pathologies, applying the systemic design methodology. Therefore, she analysed the demographic, social, economic and environmental aspects of both the territory and the company on a holistic level, highlighted problems and opportunities for improvement, and designed sustainable proposals to be introduced into the current system, addressing its socio-organisational complexity.

Today she is a Research Fellow at the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo for the research project: Circular Economy for Food. Her role primarily concerns data visualization and the creation of graphic content for the Fusilli Horizon 2020 project, the Center for Circular Economy in Coffee and the Circular Economy For Food platform. Furthermore, she participates in the design of innovative "circular concepts" applied to restaurants, bars and the coffee supply chain, addressing issues related to Systemic Design, Agroecology and Circular Economy.
