Contest Tre Spade
Also this year the Contest tre Spade returns to the Pollenzo Food Lab which will see the students of the Master of Applied gastronomy: Culinary Arts protagonists of a challenge on innovative cuisine. It will begin on March 7, 2023 from 1.30pm to 4.45pm with a Tre Spade lesson and the launch of the Contest to the students. On May 18, during the afternoon, the presentation of the projects and preparations carried out to the jury will take place, which will proceed with a vote and award ceremony.
