UNISG
A new
generation
of food specialists
Since its foundation, UNISG has placed the right to education at the core of its mission, promoting access to training for motivated young people from every continent, from diverse economic and sociocultural backgrounds, and without gender distinction. This principle guides every aspect of our educational offering, ensuring that talent and determination take precedence in gaining admission to our university.
In 22 years of activity, 526 scholarship recipients—equivalent to about 12% of the student population—have joined our community, hailing from 67 different countries. These figures bear witness to our ongoing commitment to global inclusion.
For high-potential students, our scholarships represent an extraordinary opportunity to gain access to an ambitious and enriching educational environment, where sustainable food systems are not merely a subject of study but are actively shaped. At UNISG, we are preparing a generation of food specialists equipped with an interdisciplinary mindset—capable of integrating scientific knowledge, cultural awareness, and ethical responsibility to redefine the future of food.

During the 2025/2026
academic year:
77 scholarships for students
from 22 different countries
Of which: 29 full tuition waivers
and 48 partial tuition waivers
Our academic mission is supported by a robust network of companies, private donors, institutions, and foundations, all equally committed to investing in the next generation of leaders in the food sector. These young specialists are trained to have an impact on food systems in their home countries, promoting cultural and political change through informed, concrete strategies. All of this comes together at the international, multicultural campus of Pollenzo, which serves as a living ecosystem capable of enriching every student's educational journey, fostering international collaborations, and providing real-world preparation.
