The University of Gastronomic Sciences at the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York: a journey into taste from June 29 to July 1

The University of Gastronomic Sciences (UNISG) is heading to New York to take part in the 2025 Summer Fancy Food Show, one of the most important international events dedicated to innovation and excellence in the food industry.

From June 29 to July 1, the city that never sleeps will host the 68th edition of the fair at the Javits Center, bringing together thousands of food professionals from across the globe. UNISG will be featured at the heart of the Italian Pavilion (Level 3 – Booth 2501-2507) with a dedicated space to showcase its academic programs and highlight the companies that are part of its extended network.

The Summer Fancy Food Show is more than just a trade fair: it is a global crossroads where food culture, innovation, and brand storytelling converge. Through tastings, talks, and product showcases, visitors will have the opportunity to connect directly with iconic brands and fresh new excellence in the world of specialty food.

Representing Italy and the UNISG ecosystem will be a curated group of companies that embody innovation and the values of Made in Italy: Baratti & Milano, Cerutti il Caffè, F.lli Merano, Molecola, NaturalBoom, and S.Bernardo. Each of these businesses brings a unique story rooted in territory, sustainability, creativity, and a passion for flavor.

With its participation, UNISG reaffirms its commitment to building strong connections between education and the professional world, fostering meaningful relationships among students, businesses, and communities on a global scale.
