Registration Form – Winter School
The deadline for pre-registration is 10th September 2021.
Pre-registration must be carried out through the website by clicking on “Apply now” and filling in the online form.
To confirm the pre-registration, you must pay a deposit of 150€ (+ 22% VAT).
As soon as the minimum number of participants is reached, an e-mail will be sent from firstname.lastname@example.org with the instructions as to how to proceed with the payment.
The deadline for the payment of the remaining amount is 1st October 2021. Also in this case an email will be sent as a reminder.
If this sum is not received by the established date, participation is considered unconfirmed and the university will free up the place for another candidate on the waiting list.
Refunds and cancellations
Once the second installment has been paid, if necessary you can still cancel by sending an email to email@example.com by 8th October 2021; in this case the 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
After this date, cancellations will not be refunded.
In case the course has to be cancelled due to the ongoing COVID 19 emergency, any paid deposits or installments will be fully refunded.
