The Food Industry Monitor is the observatory on the food sector developed by the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo and Ceresio Investors. It analyzes the performance, evolution of business models, and market trends of Italian companies operating in the food industry.
The twelfth edition of the Food Industry Monitor presents growth projections for the food sector and its main segments in the Italian market and international markets, with particular attention to the 2026–2027 period.
The results of the Food Industry Monitor will be presented on Thursday, June 18, 2026, during the conference entitled “Comparing Growth Models”, organized in Pollenzo at the University of Gastronomic Sciences, starting at 10:30 a.m.
