On the occasion of Cheese, the UNISG gives the opportunity to know the UNISG learning programs and to walk through the campus of Pollenzo.
The UNISG is easy to reach by bus number 1 (Line 1 Bra-Pollenzo-Bra) or by the Cheese shuttle bus connecting the center of Bra with Pollenzo.

Reservations are required.
Groups of more than 5 people are required to make a reservation by writing to info_student@unisg.it at least two days before arriving.
The meeting point is at Agenzia, Piazza Vittorio Emanuele 9, Pollenzo, under the porch (main entrance). The tour is approximately one hour long.
OPEN LAB NODES - Sensory Analysis Lab
Light cheeses: FLAVOR BEYOND THE LABEL
As part of the “Open Labs” initiative of the Spoke 7 – Secondary Agroindustry of the Innovation Ecosystem NODES – Digital and Sustainable North West, the UNISG sensory analysis laboratory will be open to the public on Saturday 16 September.
During the day you will have the opportunity to participate in a Sensory Analysis Test on Cheese. You will be asked to taste a selection of cheeses, evaluate their appearance, smell, taste and texture and share your opinions on the products.

OPEN LAB NODES - Event: Shepherds. A history of Piedmont.
As part of the “Open Labs” initiative of the Spoke 7 – Secondary Agroindustry of the Innovation Ecosystem NODES – Digital and Sustainable North West, on Saturday 16 September from 16 to17 in Pollenzo there will be the documentary by Paolo Casalis, wanted and sponsored by the Piedmont Region, tells the ancient agricultural traditions of the Piedmontese shepherds of goats and sheep, in the Alta Langa, in the Langa Astigiana, in the Biella area and in Valsesia. The director followed the shepherds for days in the pastures and at sheep and goat fairs, documenting an ancient, nomadic, tiring but fascinating job. At the end of the screening, a debate will follow with UNISG teachers on the role of the documentary as a means of communication and ecological awareness.
