UNISG +

From December 1st, UNISG will launch a brand-new platform of online courses available to anyone who wants to dive into the world of food. Get ready to enjoy UNISG+ and the array of classes created by alumni, (visiting) professors, students, and experts of the sector! 

The first two available courses are “History of Italian Cuisine”, which will take you on a historical adventure from the Romans to the Middle Ages, from Marco Polo’s travels to the cuisine of Italian emigrants abroad. The second course, “Behind your Daily Cup: Understanding the Coffee Value Chain”, has lessons ranging from botany to geography, from roasting to a peek behind the pricing and logistics of coffee. 

Each course, available in Italian or English and subtitled in both languages, is made up of about 50 video lessons, in-depth reading materials and quizzes to check your progress.
