Training for Consorzio Parmigiano Reggiano
The University of Pollenzo makes training courses, innovation projects, training and team building activities available to the Network. Each workshop is designed in a transdisciplinary, contemporary and international way, to provide companies with activities in line with their objectives.
On 15-16 February there will be 2 training days for 10 young entrepreneurs of the consortium, including seminars and workshops, with the aim of raising awareness of our values and opening reflections on the theme of the relationship between Sustainability and Innovation:

- Circular Economy for Food
- Packaging: sustainable solutions
