Productive Food Garden
The plan is to expand the Pollenzo garden so that it can better meet the needs of the dining hall. Production capacity is estimated at 3 kilos of vegetables per square meter per month for 6-7 months a year, assuming an area of 5,000 square meters.
The garden will be dedicated to the production and distribution of food, coordinated by a technical manager with the assistance of students, who will carry out the work in the garden.
