Admissions
In order to apply to the Two-year Graduate Degree in International Gastronomies and Food Geo-politics, candidates must successfully complete the following steps online:
- registration process;
- supporting dossier;
- Written Analytical Exam;
- Online Interview;
- Once the dossier has been uploaded, candidates are required to transfer a €60 admission test participation as indicated in the Admissions process instructions

All non-EU students
All non-EU candidates to the graduate program must complete a pre-enrollment process at the relevant Italian consulate and apply for a study visa. We suggest that such students obtain an appointment at the Italian consulate as early as possible, ideally prior to admission, as availability is limited.
The deadline to complete all consular pre-enrollment and visa application processes is the beginning of July.

The requirements to be admitted to an Italian university may vary depending on the country in which the student earned his or her degree and are determined by the Italian authorities.
Such candidates must obtain and submit a valid Declaration of Value (issued by the Italian consulate), a Statement of Comparability (issued by CIMEA / ENIC-NARIC), or a Degree Verification (issued by National Student Clearinghouse, US students only) for their diploma as part of the admission process. A digital copy of one of the aforementioned legalization documents must be submitted to the Student Registrar Office no later than the first day of the program.

All candidates holding an Italian degree must present the Autocertificazione (self-declaration) of their completed secondary school degree before being regularly enrolled in the program.
