Eighteen undergraduate students and five Magistrale students from Italy, Germany, Ecuador, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Turkey
Starting at 9 am on Friday, the 1st of October, the thesis discussion session of 18 students of the three-year course in Gastronomic Sciences and five students of the Magistrale course in Food Innovation & Management will be held.
The neo-gastronomes represent six nations: Italy, Germany, Ecuador, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Turkey.
