Friday April 29 26 international students are discussing their theses in a morning session: eight belong to the Graduate degree in Food Innovation & Management and seventeen to the Undergraduate degree in Gastronomic Sciences and Cultures.
The neo-gastronomes are from Italy, Austria, Brazil, Colombia, Cuba, France, Germany, Japan, India, the Netherlands, the United States, South Africa.
