Slow Food and its Health Benefits: From Farm to Healthy Body

In this seminar, a new model, “From Farm to Healthy Body” will be introduced and explained.  This adds a new dimension to the presently accepted and much discussed model of “Farm to Table”.  The relationship between the Slow Food motto “buono, puro e justo” and the new model will be discussed and evidence will be presented that eating according to “buono, puro e justo” results in health benefits with future chronic disease reduction.
