Il 4 e 5 Aprile si svolgerà a Pollenzo un convegno internazionale sul tema cibo, filosofia e arte, con la presenza di importanti studiosi, cuochi e artisti. Il prof. Perullo, ideatore e responsabile scientifico dell’evento, racconterà le due giornate e raccoglierà idee e suggerimenti degli studenti interessati a prendervi parte.

Presentation of the conference scheduled for 4/5 April, entitled “Food, Philosophy and Art”
On 4 and 5 April, the Pollenzo campus will host an international conference on the topic of “Food, Philosophy and Art”, with the participation of prominent scholars, cooks and artists. Prof. Perullo, promoter and scientific director of the event, will present the conference program and listen to ideas and suggestions from students interested in participating.
