Presentation of the book “Perché proprio (b)io?”

The book describes the history of Alfredo Fasola, the first organic farmer  (100 acres) in Umbria,  Central Italy,  since 1986.

It provides a good example  of all the difficulties (and opportunities), which a new farmer – starting from scratch –  has been meeting  in its everyday life, confronting himself with problems of climate change,  of conquering new markets for his products, of “wresting” with the Public Health Administration and Italian Dept. of Agriculture.
