A group of Master of Food Culture, Communication & Marketing students from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, Italy and had the chance to virtually travel to South Africa, getting to know local producers and learning about their projects and visions. After two inspiring weeks where we shared our values and found connections with the producers, we are now ready to share our experience with you with a special event!
