The project aims to initiate a process of shared knowledge on the food system of the Cuneese and its valleys, as a preparatory activity for the elaboration of a territorial food policy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project ACuMe - Food Atlas of \u201cCuneo Metromontana\u201d aims to implement an infrastructure for sharing and production of basic knowledge in the construction of a metromontana food policy (Cuneo and its valleys). For this reason, it is planned to create a Food Atlas of the Cuneo region, as an instrument for knowledge, support and promotion of decisions\/actions for environmental sustainability and social justice of the food system, through:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
