The cultivation of local varieties in marginal areas of the territory must be supported by research activities that provide information on the phenotypic and agronomic characteristics of local genetic resources.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The objective of the project \"Una manciata di grano\" specifically concerns Phenotypic and agronomic characterization of Triticum aestivum varieties and blends from the Ligurian territory:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    During the 24 months of the project, the partnership will carry out activities such as: phenotypic and agronomic characterization of 4 local varieties of soft wheat through periodic surveys on parcels built ex situ in Piedmont; scientific support in carrying out field observations and for the conservation improvement of the plots built in situ in Liguria; realization of moments of participatory selection of the varieties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
